Rally Point offers both EMI Scanning and Hydrostatic Testing inspection services to help our customers maximize the life of their OCTG (oil country tubular goods).
- Electromagnetic Scanning – is a contactless method of using electromagnetic signals to scan production tubulars for pitting, wall loss, damage and holes. The scan box we use is widely accepted as the #1 solution for well head inspection systems.
- Hydrostatic Testing – This method of tubular testing utilizes a pressurized “bar” and water to pressure test the interior of the tubulars as they are run back in the well. This method inspects for collar leaks, holes in the pipe, splits and wall loss. Test data is captured visually and digitally for the benefit of our customer.
